SFRP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFRP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,616 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFRP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, TIMP2, and RAI14. Each is linked with SFRP4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFRP4-to-partner and partner-to-SFRP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFRP4 versus PCOLCE in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
