Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFRP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,896 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SFRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISLR, PTGIS, and FNDC1. Each is linked with SFRP4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFRP4-to-partner and partner-to-SFRP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFRP4 versus ISLR in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
