SFRP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFRP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFRP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, ATM, and FoxM1. Each is linked with SFRP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFRP4-to-partner and partner-to-SFRP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by SFRP4-low versus SFRP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFRP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFRP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
