The most reproducible SFRP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of Ras protein signal transduction, Endosome organization, and Glycoprotein catabolic process. Each is linked with SFRP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFRP4-to-partner and partner-to-SFRP4 results are reported.
