SFR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, INPP4B, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with SFR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFR1-to-partner and partner-to-SFR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by SFR1-low versus SFR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
