SFPQ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFPQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,443 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFPQ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, PPP1R8, and PRPF4. Each is linked with SFPQ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFPQ-to-partner and partner-to-SFPQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFPQ versus POGZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFPQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFPQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
