Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFPQ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,824 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFPQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBTD1, CHTOP, and FUBP1. Each is linked with SFPQ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFPQ-to-partner and partner-to-SFPQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFPQ versus MBTD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
