SFPQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFPQ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFPQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, ASNS, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with SFPQ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFPQ-to-partner and partner-to-SFPQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by SFPQ-low versus SFPQ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFPQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFPQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
