Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFPQ RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,365 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFPQ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair, DNA recombination, and Recombinational repair. Each is linked with SFPQ in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFPQ-to-partner and partner-to-SFPQ results are reported.
