SFPQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SFPQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SFPQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTX4, MAGEB4, and GAGE12D. Each is linked with SFPQ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFPQ-to-partner and partner-to-SFPQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTX4 grouped by SFPQ-low versus SFPQ-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFPQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFPQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
