Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFMBT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,925 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SFMBT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KIAA1143, SMC5, and UBA3. Each is linked with SFMBT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFMBT1-to-partner and partner-to-SFMBT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFMBT1 versus KIAA1143 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
