Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFMBT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,310 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SFMBT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAND2, MCOLN3, and NDUFAF5. Each is linked with SFMBT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFMBT1-to-partner and partner-to-SFMBT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SFMBT1 versus CAND2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFMBT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFMBT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
