Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SFMBT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SFMBT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR, JNK2, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with SFMBT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SFMBT1-to-partner and partner-to-SFMBT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR grouped by SFMBT1-low versus SFMBT1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SFMBT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SFMBT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
