The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher SF3B6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SF3B6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LGG are the cancer types where SF3B6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
