Across TCGA cell cohorts, SF3B6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,576 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SF3B6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein linear polyubiquitination, Positive regulation of lipid metabolic process, and DAMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SF3B6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3B6-to-partner and partner-to-SF3B6 results are reported.
