SF3B2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SF3B2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,336 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SF3B2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM4, SMARCA5, and UHRF1. Each is linked with SF3B2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3B2-to-partner and partner-to-SF3B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SF3B2 versus MCM4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SF3B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SF3B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
