Across TCGA cell cohorts, SF3B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 122 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SF3B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTXN3, UGT2B11, and H4C13. Each is linked with SF3B2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3B2-to-partner and partner-to-SF3B2 results are reported.
