Across TCGA cell cohorts, SF3A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,179 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SF3A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with SF3A3 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3A3-to-partner and partner-to-SF3A3 results are reported.
