SF3A2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SF3A2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,182 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SF3A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIH, GAS5, and SUV39H1. Each is linked with SF3A2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3A2-to-partner and partner-to-SF3A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SF3A2 versus PPIH in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SF3A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SF3A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
