SF3A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SF3A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SF3A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TVP23BP2, ZNF736P3Y, and RBAK-RBAKDN. Each is linked with SF3A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3A2-to-partner and partner-to-SF3A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TVP23BP2 grouped by SF3A2-low versus SF3A2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SF3A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SF3A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
