SF3A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SF3A2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SF3A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NK cells, CD8+ T-cells, and CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with SF3A2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3A2-to-partner and partner-to-SF3A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NK cells grouped by SF3A2-low versus SF3A2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SF3A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SF3A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
