Across TCGA cell cohorts, SF3A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,097 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SF3A2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to chromatin, Positive regulation of protein localization to chromatin, and Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with SF3A2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3A2-to-partner and partner-to-SF3A2 results are reported.
