SF3A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SF3A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,210 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SF3A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3A3, SF3B3, and SNRPD2. Each is linked with SF3A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3A1-to-partner and partner-to-SF3A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SF3A1 versus SF3A3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SF3A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SF3A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
