SF3A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SF3A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SF3A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are F9, PTH2, and DPPA2. Each is linked with SF3A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SF3A1-to-partner and partner-to-SF3A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, F9 grouped by SF3A1-low versus SF3A1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SF3A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SF3A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
