Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEZ6L2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SEZ6L2 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher SEZ6L2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEZ6L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.

CCRCC, HNSC, and LSCC are the cancer types where SEZ6L2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
