The most reproducible SEZ6L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPHD1, RTN2, and CDIPTOSP. Each is linked with SEZ6L2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEZ6L2-to-partner and partner-to-SEZ6L2 results are reported.
