SEZ6L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEZ6L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,546 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEZ6L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPHD1, CDIPT, and CA11. Each is linked with SEZ6L2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEZ6L2-to-partner and partner-to-SEZ6L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEZ6L2 versus ASPHD1 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEZ6L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEZ6L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
