The most reproducible SEZ6L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagy, Process utilizing autophagic mechanism, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SEZ6L2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEZ6L2-to-partner and partner-to-SEZ6L2 results are reported.
