SEZ6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEZ6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,598 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEZ6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, SUGP2, and TRPM4. Each is linked with SEZ6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEZ6-to-partner and partner-to-SEZ6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEZ6 versus PARP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEZ6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEZ6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
