SETX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,527 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOR1A, TBC1D13, and C9orf78. Each is linked with SETX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETX-to-partner and partner-to-SETX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETX versus TOR1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
