Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,868 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETX-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLE1, DDX31, and EXOSC2. Each is linked with SETX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETX-to-partner and partner-to-SETX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETX versus GLE1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
