SETX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETX-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, TSC1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SETX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETX-to-partner and partner-to-SETX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by SETX-low versus SETX-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
