Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,600 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, Positive regulation of termination of DNA-templated transcription, and Termination of RNA polymerase II transcription. Each is linked with SETX in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETX-to-partner and partner-to-SETX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription grouped by SETX-low versus SETX-high in OESOPHAGUS.
