SETX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,423 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMC1, HTR1A, and CSMD1. Each is linked with SETX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETX-to-partner and partner-to-SETX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARMC1 grouped by SETX-low versus SETX-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETX→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
