SETP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,064 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL12_S38, SURF6_S138, and RBM15B_S109. Each is linked with SETP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETP3-to-partner and partner-to-SETP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETP3 versus RPL12_S38 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
