Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETDB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,952 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETDB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRYL1, SLC2A1, and ELF1. Each is linked with SETDB2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETDB2-to-partner and partner-to-SETDB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETDB2 versus CRYL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETDB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETDB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
