Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETDB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETDB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, JNK2, and c-Kit. Each is linked with SETDB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETDB2-to-partner and partner-to-SETDB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by SETDB2-low versus SETDB2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETDB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETDB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
