SETDB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETDB2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,558 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETDB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYST, KLK4, and FMNL2. Each is linked with SETDB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETDB2-to-partner and partner-to-SETDB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYST grouped by SETDB2-low versus SETDB2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETDB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETDB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
