SETD7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,191 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALLD, TDP1, and TOP1. Each is linked with SETD7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD7-to-partner and partner-to-SETD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETD7 versus PALLD in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
