SETD7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,390 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3D19, FGF1, and C1QTNF7. Each is linked with SETD7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD7-to-partner and partner-to-SETD7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETD7 versus SH3D19 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
