Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETD7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,349 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine dimethylation, Protein deubiquitination, and Phosphatidylinositol metabolic process. Each is linked with SETD7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD7-to-partner and partner-to-SETD7 results are reported.
