Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,821 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-RNA complex assembly, Peptidyl-lysine monomethylation, and RNA catabolic process. Each is linked with SETD6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD6-to-partner and partner-to-SETD6 results are reported.
