SETD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,578 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, HNRNPLL, and NONO. Each is linked with SETD5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD5-to-partner and partner-to-SETD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETD5 versus TOP2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
