SETD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,027 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPGDS, IER3IP1, and TXNL4A. Each is linked with SETD5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD5-to-partner and partner-to-SETD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HPGDS grouped by SETD5-low versus SETD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
