Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,642 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, Positive regulation of cell cycle, and Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint. Each is linked with SETD3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD3-to-partner and partner-to-SETD3 results are reported.
