Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,830 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPG2, TAPBP, and RBKS. Each is linked with SETD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD3-to-partner and partner-to-SETD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETD3 versus HSPG2 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
