Across TCGA cell cohorts, SETD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,845 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of protein catabolic process, Acrosomal vesicle exocytosis, and Negative regulation of proteolysis. Each is linked with SETD3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD3-to-partner and partner-to-SETD3 results are reported.
