The most reproducible SETD1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX23, PDE8A_S359, and RPL26. Each is linked with SETD1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD1B-to-partner and partner-to-SETD1B results are reported.
