Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,244 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SETD1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRNP35, BCL7A, and PXN-AS1. Each is linked with SETD1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD1B-to-partner and partner-to-SETD1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SETD1B versus SNRNP35 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
