SETD1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SETD1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SETD1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, c-Kit, and Lck. Each is linked with SETD1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SETD1B-to-partner and partner-to-SETD1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by SETD1B-low versus SETD1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SETD1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SETD1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
